"western union" is a good option, I've had to do that for years for one artist. Another was so paranoid they didn't even want to do that, they only wanted pre-order serial codes and direct gifts from amazon. I never used it but I think "cash app" is an option too.

I've user cash app before for a commission and it was pretty straight forward and easy to use, somewhat similar in ways. But only once, worth a look through

Well, some banks, such as mine, do offer to do transfers to foreign accounts, provided you have their BIC/SWIFT codes, and pay transfer fee. You would have to give the commissioner some personal info like your full name though, so I'd understand if you weren't comfortable with that.
