so on the DRagonScape discord server today we were talking about an alternate dragonscape, basically a different canon and I think it was cool enough to bring up. It's more of an urban fantasy idea and I will dub it:
It's kinda like SCP but with dragons but it has some differences too it's pretty nifty I dunno i liked the idea so anyways

Or I will just shorten it to the DCA Canon

The basic premise is simple, draconic reality seeps into our own, sometimes naturally through weak spots in reality, and sometimes through the efforts of cults, political parties, or the will of gods. Sometimes people get turned to dragons, and sometimes some reality warping dragons, events, etc. need to be contained and covered up in various parts of the world. Additionally those who were changed to dragons for any variety of reasons do need a new home. So enters the Draconic Containment Agency.

The Draconic Containment Agency (DCA) is a global organization that exists both to prevent, contain, and coverup occurrences of draconic interference from that alternate reality, as well as one that works to house those changed by its influence, often employing a mix of human and draconic workers to do all the relevant jobs needed. On top of that they do research into things like magic, anomalies, and the reality that leaks into the human world, often turning Jed (turned to a drek by a draconic cult) into a scientist, a field operative... a janitor.. someones gotta do it. With the importance of not letting the news of draconic reality corruption hitting the public this is all very secretive, quiet operations, cover ups, memory wiping and the works.

of course the DCA, being a globally relevant organization has hundreds of bases of operation, containment sites, research bases, puppet organizations and company fronts all over the world. There is a mix of humans and dragons in the organization, though the draconic species (drekir, ormer, mavotur) all live in a single secret city. In this city all these dragons live and are housed and work for the DCA. It could be mundane jobs like working a coffee shop in the city, or working as a scientist or field operative in the DCA's efforts to contain and control the influence of the draconic reality.

I think some cool stories could happen, from some poor gas station guy getting drek'd and moving into the dragon city to a team of field agents interrupting a human dragon worshipping cult ritual to warp the reality around them, or research into magic and mana, ghost hunters helping wandering spirits leave back to their home reality and containment zones of weird magical anomalies etc.

I dunno figured I would share it, it was pretty fun to talk about
