Well there is some info. The PS5 that was overheating was crammed into a glass box at a kiosk display, just barely big enough to contain the darn thing. Heat couldn't escape from this box or even have time to dissipate so it pretty much baked inside the glass box. I prefer Xbox but even I have heard reports that the PS5 is cool to the touch so this was one instance where the person who set up that Kiosk just didn't understand proper air flow

it's overheating because it was in an glass box is not info no body who plans to buy the console is stupid enough to do this. But the people sharing the screenshot aren't mentioning the part about it being in a glass box because they are trying to harm the sales of the PS5 because they are jealous that it like PS4 and 3 has better games and is in total the better console
