It's been about 4 days and I still can't add money to my account. It's ridiculous. They haven't told me that I can't spend what I still have in my online balance, but they keep asking that I wait for this to clear up before trying again. Well, it ain't clearing up. I even waited 2 whole days since my last attempt and it is still not working.

How am I supposed to pay artists, support them on Patreon, or buy things if I can't add more money to my account?

Its been fine until now. So what the hell gives?! I know I've heard stories of them being flakes in the past and pissing off both artists and customers. Is it my turn now?
