By commissioning me you confirming that you are over the age of 18 and have fully read and understand all of the following:
MY PROCESS -
- Please have clear visual references of your character as well as any pose or expressions you'd like to include. The more visual information the better!
- The commissioned character must belong to the commissioner. If two characters are commissioned I will need confirmation from both owners.
- I only take payment through PayPal.
- I will give you a rough sketch WIP first and ask for approval. Excessive changes will add extra charges. Once the sketch is approved I will send you a PayPal invoice.
- I will continue work on your commission once payment is received.
- Commissions are NOT first come first serve.
MY PREFERENCES -
If you are unsure if I will draw something, feel free to ask! Worst I will say is no.
I love drawing:
- Any furry/scalie species
- Women
- Softcore NSFW, pinups
- Pregnancy
- Light hyper (penis, breasts)
MAYBE:
- Vore
- Obese characters
I WILL NOT draw:
- Hateful or bigoted themes or language, zoo, cub, or any other illegal material
- Hyperfat characters, canine genitalia (male and female), MLP, gore, diapers, scat/watersports, and macro/micro
- Robots or excessively detailed armor
- Humans
- Characters without visual references or existing art.
RIGHTS -
- I hold full ownership and commercial rights to my artwork.
- You may post my art with artist credit.
- You may upload your work to galleries with artist credit.
- You may not edit my art in any way.
- I reserve the right to add additional items to my WILL NOT draw list at any time.
- I reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel a commission for any reason.
AI, NFTs, & Crypto-technology -
- I do not and will never support the use of AI image generation.
- I do not and will never support, use, mint, or sell my artwork as an NFT for any reason.
- You may not use my artwork for AI training.
- You may not mint, sell, use, or distribute my art as an NFT for any reason. Doing so does not transfer ownership of the artwork.
- Affiliation with, or support for, AI & NFTs will result in blocking and blacklisting.
