I'll cut straight into point. If you been follow me on twitter, you know I already have RTX 3080 but I can't install it due to not enough space. Anyway, the graphic card recommend using 750w psu and last time I check I have Cooler Master Extreme 2 725. So, I'm just less, 25w or something. I don't want to waste my money just getting 750w psu but then again I don't want risk my pc get overheat etc. What should I do? Should I get new psu or I'm pretty much safe.

If you do run into shutdown problems, I suggest a 800 watt unit, anything above 1000 is overkill.
It would also help to list your other PC specs so I can better gauge overall system power draw.
It can happen, even the pros who build pc's know about it.
Its expensive but at least you only need to buy it once.
I have a 1200i Corsair, it lasted me for 10 years, still runs great.
Try to stress the GPU.
Usually, if the GPU does not draw enough power, you can tell when it’s not turning on the monitor when it is connected to the GPU.
Mine is a Corsair 1200W GPU. So far so good.
