Pretty much this. Quite a few artists and projects that have questionable content just leave Patreon for other services that less obnoxious about content.

I mean I wasn’t a member of your patreon, but I saw the comics at public release and I mean, everything looked consensual.

The Pareon Community guidelines even say (or rather implies) that consensual incest is allowed:
“We also do not allow other fringe sexual fetish creations, such as incest, necrophilia, or fetish creations that is hard to distinguish from non-consensual sex.”

No, that's saying that incest and the other things listed are not allowed.
It's phrased slightly strange but they're saying they don't allow "fringe sexual fetish creations" such as
a). incest
b). necrophilia
c). "fetish creations that is hard to distinguish from non-consensual sex".

They also don't allow bestiality and they will sometimes rule anthro on human as bestiality.

Makes sense, Patreon is already really unfair to NSFW content, and yours is pushing boundaries. I hear that SubscribeStar is more lax on that sorta stuff. Maybe you could try that out?
