3rd update on classes

It has been a year, hasn’t it?
I’ve had my share of good and bad. Overall it’s been very depressing and not that productive due to that. We all are dealing with cabin fever with all the lockdowns and restrictions. As of making this post we recently went back to stage 2 lockdown in my area due to spikes in infections. I am sure some of us have lost loved ones or friends and I offer my condolences to all of you who have.
This year was looking to be very good. I was going to start school in a field that has interested me my whole life. I started that school and caught on to all the concepts relatively easily. I was hoping to power through it all and be done around this month. Until A hiccup happened and I was kicked out in July due to errors they still have yet to own up to.
I wanted to take this break in the school and make the best of it. I wanted to start working on that new story that was in the back of my mind for months (at the time I was kicked out), I wanted to make new hypnosis files, I wanted to make everyone’s pandemic life entertaining and fun!And then it hit me…The depression I mentioned earlier
I lost all motivation in doing anything and everything. Suddenly the basic act of playing video games alone (off stream) with friends felt too much on a lot of days. I promised myself I would seek therapy and I did try, but my medical insurance sucks and the majority of therapists in my area doesn’t accept them. So I was stuck. If you have been here this whole year you know I haven’t made much of anything.

Update on My Progression Through This Program (1st Class Update)

2nd Class Update
>The second update on my classes on September 5. Mostly reiterating information from the first update and promising to make content now that I know for certain I will likely have a few months break. That’s not to say I didn’t make anything at all. I did write down that brainstorm of that new story a little. I did start and complete some hypnosis scripts. I even started a new streaming schedule on Twitch that I have been trying my best to stick to! It’s been going good so far.
This year also hasn’t been all that bad. With the help of my mother and the stimulus checks I saved earlier this year I was able to [build me a proper gaming/streaming PC last month](https://pcpartpicker.com/b/TqrV3C). This has opened up many streaming possibilities since I am no longer limited to what games I have on my PS4 and the relatively small library the PS4 has (when compared to the PC and Steam), all things considered. On top of that some games are simply better played with mouse and keyboard. I built it just in time because my old PC was dying.
I also acquired a handful of Telegram communities/groups from someone who decided to depart the furry community. This has been what has been keeping me busy this month. I have been trying to move information about The Cove and those communities into [1 centralized website](https://community.lucidcreations.media/). I have also been working updating the policies that the old owner gave me and merging them with my own policies. As well as a staff NDA, updating the [Terms of Service](https://lucidcreations.media/tos/#community) and [Privacy Policy](https://lucidcreations.media/privac.....icy/#community) to accommodate the larger community.
On top of all of that I was finally able to have a meeting with the director of the adult program, the admissions lead, and my student success advisor about what happened back in July and they have officially invited me back into the program. This is great news to me! I am very happy about this. It has brought my motivation and moral up ten fold. That’s what’s gotten me so motivated in working on the new community website and all the staff policies.
I will be starting school on January 4th which means I should complete it some time in May. I am starting the last class from scratch and that is okay. I think the extra practice will be very helpful and could drill the information and skills into my brain more. I am unsure if I will be taking an exam since I passed the last one or if I will need to take a modified exam. That’s not important information for the fans and readers though.
## To-do list before school starts again:
* Have the new community website finished (I am already almost done) along with any other important community things (policies, NDA, support and application forms, ect).
* Seek new community mods/admins to help in the community while I am going for school.
* Release a Christmas/Holiday hypnosis file.
* Try my best to stick to the new streaming scheduleI modified the Twitch schedule just a little to allow myself more time to work during this crunch. It might go back to the old schedule after I complete everything else or it might not.
I planned to have all the community changes and the Christmas/Holiday file done by the end of the month, but I was sick a few weeks ago and that halted a lot of progress. The good news is that the new Community website is almost complete, the staff policies and NDA only need a little more polish, and the support/application forms won’t take that long since I already like how they are layed out already.
The Christmas/Holiday file shouldn’t take long and the new projected completion date will be the first week of December. This won’t allow listeners to experience the full enjoyment of the file and I am sorry about that. Like I said, I was sick a few weeks ago. It really got in the way of everything. I already know how I want to make the file. It is going to have it’s own custom induction. The script should be a breeze. I just hope I can record and master the file in a decent amount of time.
As soon as the staff application is updated then I will be working with my head admin and the read of the staff teams in getting the extra help we need for the communities before my absence in January.
I am trying my best not to rush things so that I don’t miss things, mess ups, or release sub-par content. So please be patient. I am trying the best I can.
