Note: All adoptable/commission interactions (sales/trades) before the creation of this T.O.S will not be required to follow the rules.
BASIC / GENERAL RULES
This goes for just stuff in general!
> I don't do refunds unless stated otherwise.
>I do NOT do refunds at all if I have STARTED your commission!
> Please give me credit at all times for any designs / art you get from me.
> You may not change anything without my permission for design's or artwork.
> No one on my blacklist has permission to use any artwork / designs created by me!
ADOPTABLES / DESIGNS
This go towards any designs I made that you must follow these rules
> You must at all times credit me for my design's no matter what.
> I do NOT do refunds.
> Do not claim as your own.
> You may not resell / trade / gift / giveaway any of my design's without my written permission. (change this if ya want)
> Do not resell for more than what you paid for unless extra art YOU paid for is added! Gift art / trades / any premades you buy may NOT be added to the character's value period!
> Please ask for permission before you make any sort of changes to my design's and be sure to tell me what you want to change and show me the results to get my okay or not before using the changed design.
> Your ToS / rules do not apply to my design. Only thing you can do is to ask to be tagged // informed when someone is reselling one of my design's.
> You may NOT breed / make breedables with any of my design's without my written permission!
ARTWORK MADE BY ME FOR YOU
This goes for any gifts / free art / requests / premades / freebies / commission's I've made for you
> I do not do refunds at all UNLESS ;
- If I have not started your commission you will get the full refund.
- If I finish your commission you are not allowed a refund
> You have 0 right to re-use a sketch of a commission I was working on for you if you asked to be refunded or didn't like it and wanted me to change things.
> I have full rights to re-use any sketches I've made that you didn't approve of for a commission with changes so it doesn't look like your design.
> Please do not harass me / bug me about owed artwork unless it has been over 2 months, I will note you with updates as time goes on!
> If you wish to sell a design that has my artwork added to it you do not need my permission just please do not allow anyone on my blacklist to use it.
> You may not add gifts / free artwork / requests you get from me to the value // pricing of your character. It's free, you didn't pay anything for it so don't rip people off.
> If you purchase a premade and wish to resell a design you may not add the premade in with the pricing or with the design. The person you wish to sell them too must purchase the premade themselves before they can use the colored one of the design.
> Please do not mod / change anything on my artwork at all, if you want something added or changed tell me. If you get a freebie or premade from me please ask me for permission to mod it and do not make it where you can't recognize it's my artwork if I allow permission to mod.
> Please give me credit for my artwork at all times. I did make it myself so credit would be highly appreciated!
BLACK-LIST
The following people below has 0 permission to use any of my artwork OR design's! Those on my blacklist have permission to ask why they are on it.
