CUSTOMER'S RIGHTS
These ones exist to protect you.
1. Feel free to eventually check up on your commission's progress. You can do this by DM me on my TWITTER or FACEBOOK accounts.
2. Copyrights belong to you, since it’s your character I’m working on.
3. By cancelling a commission past the sketching stage, you will be refund 50% the price you paid.
4. You are given up to 2 free corrections on your commissions. Anything past that will be an extra $5 - $10USD, So, please, make sure you give full details about the changes you’ll be requesting.

ARTIST'S RIGHTS
These ones exist to protect me.
1. FIRST, I PREFER TAKING THE TIME TO DISCUSS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE COMMISSION in private chats, you can contact me on Facebook, Twitter or E-mail me at osmattey@gmail.com, or just send me a note, it makes it much easier for me to give you information about the commission.
2. You can use my image for commercial reasons, as long as I get credit; 'creative commons license'
3. If your character design is too complicated (I will let you know) or if you request extra details, I reserve the right to charge more.
4. Keep kind and polite when negotiating with me, if you are not educated at all I could refuse to work with/for you.
5. I do not work with DEADLINES, I put my heart in what I do and I don’t like to rush them at all, so, keep in mind I am human, not a machine. I'll keep you updated on the progress anyway.

PAYMENT POLICY:
1. All prices discussed are in USD (US Dollars).
2. I only accept payments via PayPal.
3. I won't start coloring your commission unless you've paid me upfront, 50% of the total cost of the drawing. The initial sketch is free.
