I think that might have been the right choice. Felt a little weird going down that road, and very "Uh...that's an odd circumstance/connection" to have that previous plotline. Curious to see how you take it from here.

Oh, I'm not opposed to the connection, but yeah, ham-fisted is a good word for the last page. It was carried by the art a bit, but it was tending towards the "We're not going there, are we?" reaction in a way. Not saying it can't be, but needed a better execution.

Honestly really glad for the change. I didnt want to say anything cause it's your story, but the whole "everyone's connected" was turning me off. Looking forward to where you go with this :3

The connection between Claudius and Kharma is still there - it's been a planned part of the plot for years now, just took me this long to get round to it lol. But I won't be anywhere near as blunt about the reveal this time round, nor will it be as jammed in :B

nb that said you are entirely within your rights to voice your opinions on any part of the comic - I thrive on feedback and people calling out my plot holes and weird hooks is half of how CnC has ended up where it is today lol

I tend to veer away from criticizing something that isnt really productive. It's a plot point, I assume there's a reason. I also generally am bad at commenting/interacting with the community as a whole.

Not at all! I get that not every plot hook is gonna be a riveting thrill ride for every reader, but hopefully the overall experience is one people enjoy :3

think it would be better this way, rather than pulling the rug out from kharma pretty much as soon as he sees him, goes against his notion of "sounding old" being more like the grandpa that as soon as they see any relative are like " you know i knew your mother back in the day", the light hearted teasing and riffing on his sons freinds seems more of a "dad" thing to do... just missing the scruffing of hair, or in this case mane
