I don't know if everyone feels this way, but this has got to be the most un-holiday-like Christmas season I have ever experienced, it doesn't feel like any sort of holiday *at all*. Between the lack of *anything* of note happening for me this year that wasn't Covid-related or the US election, it's generally been a complete null. I've been trying, with moderate success, to be constructive and creative, and I guess that's the best any of us can hope to achieve right now. Hopefully, things will improve and we can move on to better days.
Even so, let me wish every one of you a happy safe end of the year: stay healthy, stay happy, take care of yourselves and each other!
