TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL RULES
It is not my responsibility to inform you of my TOS, because they are clearly listed on my platforms.
- If you don't follow the rules I will block you
- Don't complain about my prices and don't ask me about discounts
- Pricing of art pieces, commissions, or auctions is my right. My prices may change from previous quotes, or minimums; depending on the complexity of character(s), background, and details. The price agreed upon by the commissioner and artist is valid until payment is received or 30 days, whichever is first.
Commission Cancellations/Refunds
-If a commissioner decides that my abilities do not suit their commission needs/wants a 60% refund will be included after the rough sketch, 20% after lines.
-NO REFUNDS on coloring and shading stages!
I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time, for any reason. If this ever happens the commissioner will receive a 100% refund.
Revisions
- Basic price includes 1 revision on lining stage and 1 on coloring and shading stages. Additional revisions for costs extra.
Payment
- I accept only USD dollars
- Payment must be sent in 24 hours after my note with PayPal link for you
- Holds are possible! I can offer freehold for a week or less
- By paying, the commissioner automatically agrees to all TOS.
Characters Complexity
- Characters that do not have art or a visual representation of character designs will be subjected to an additional fee or be requested to provide such references at the commissioner's expense. Character's complexity is subject to review by artist.
EDITING AFTER PURCHASE (ADOPTS)
- You can redesign or recolor adopts
- Making NSFW-versions of SFW-references is allowed too
- Also you can choose any sexual identity for them and change sex or gender
- You can make other forms for your adopt (for example demon form, monster form etc.)
- You also can give them any outfit. And of course you can change or delete the outfit I offer on references
RESELLING ADOPTS
- You may not resell the adopt for more than what you paid unless it comes with extra art
- You can trade your adopts for other adopts
- You can also give your adopts to other people for free
- You're not allowed to resell/trade/give recolored adopts
- You're also not allowed to resell or trade adopts if you've got them in my free raffles, but you can give them for free
- PLEASE INFORM ME if you resell/trade/give your adopts
OTHER RIGHTS AFTER PURCHASING
- You can give any biography for your adopts
- Also you can use adopts in your games/stories/videos etc.
- You can upload references of adopts in your own gallery on furaffinity, deviantart and other sites. But please credit me as an author
