I need help.

Howdy!
I know nobody will or should probably care, but I need help with art. I'm obviously a newbie, and don't know what to do. I don't really even know how to do the most basic of things, like anatomy or shading. Could you all point me to something I could learn from? If not, that's perfectly okay.

I'm trying to find a good source as well, my go-to is a good book. For anatomy, I started off with "How to Draw People" by Jeff Mellem, but I have yet to find something related to shading. I'll definitely let you know if I find something useful, though ^^
