Hey, fellow fuzzies. It's the urban born loppy Phloppy here.
I just wanted to take the opportunity to wish all coming here reading this a very Merry Christmas.
2020 has been EXTREMELY rough on the world, and on the United Sates especially, given how high the death tolls due to Covid have been.
For me and my fiancee (Tamias) in particular, we had Covid back in late October, and into the start of November. So, we know from first hand experience that Covid ain't no hoax, bruh.
It's 100 percent real, and over 9 thousand percent horrible. Seriously.
We're still not sure where we caught Covid from back then. But, my theory has been that the most likely place we caught it was while we were visiting Philly back at the time, due to needing to go back to Philly to get some important business matters squared away involving the rowhouse property I still own back there.
That was bad enough. But, we also had a now former friend of 13 years throw us both under the bus for petty, immature reasons.
Their story on the matter was "13 years of walking on eggshells hurts". Well, if that was so true... the question remains why that person didn't feel the need to say a single word about their issues with either me or Tamias all those years ago.
So, yeah... I call BS on that. After all, if you want to throw someone under the bus, but still maintain a clear conscience about doing so, you have to tell yourself whatever you need to if you want to justify the low-ball stuff you do to others.
And, finally... there was the horrible vehicle accident on December 2nd that Tamias's dad was in that we're lucky didn't take his life.
At this point, I feel VERY lucky that both me, Tamias, and his father are all even still alive after everything that has happened, seeing as how 320 some odd thousand other Americans were not as fortunate as me and Tamias when it comes to Covid 19.
But, no matter whether you live in the US here, or Canada, or the UK or France, Australia, Japan, or anywhere else in the world... I hope everyone stays safe this holiday season.
And, I ESPECIALLY hope we all have a better 2021 next year. We've all earned it, as far as I'm concerned.
Now, please have a little slice of Christmas, in the old school, classic Philly style...
PS - I got my wish for a white Christmas! We did end up getting roughly an inch of snow.
Christmas is the one and ONLY time of year I don't mind seeing snow.
But, frankly... it still not ever need be more than a coating to barely over an inch for my liking. And, even limited snowfall on Christmas of course still qualifies as being a White Christmas.
It marks the first White Christmas I've had since all the way back in 1982 when I was 12 years old, and living in Jersey at the time.

Granted, I know I'm not truly "accessible" to anyone even over on that place, due to keeping a lot of features disabled.
But, if nothing else... at least my rants and ramblings can be read there. So, if nothing else, there is that much.
As for the Covid 19 thing... yesh, I'm VERY happy to say that both me and Tamias was able to overcome it back during roughly about the first week of November.
But, at It's absolute worst point, I was actually in the early beginnings of starting to hint to Tamias that maybe we should contemplate going to the hospital.
My stomach was EXTREMELY queasy at the time. So much so that it was to the point that I didn't dare eat anything. Even coughing made me feel like I has halfway towards up-chucking (vomiting).
And, my apologies if that part was TMI there. I'm just saying.
Anyway... fortunately, we eventually overcame it somehow. And, I sure am glad for it.
Oh, and yes... for anyone else reading this... it really was a matter of me and Tamias having been tested for Covid-19 back then, and we BOTH tested positive for it, officially.
Plus, another of the lowlights that happened in 2020 came in late September, when my dad passed away just 2 days prior to his 81st birthday.
And, since I have no brothers or sisters, he was the last remaining member of my immediate family.
At this point, Tamias is my family now. And, this year, more than ever before, I'm VERY happy and lucky to have him in my life.
Anywho... I hope you've been doing good, polter geisty-geist foxy. ^.^
Thank you most muches for the well wishes! <3 *Huggles tight*
I’m so sorry you both ended up contracting Covid-19, I can’t begin to imagine how ill you were hun , awww it’s ok I’m not the TMI type XD I really hope you both got the care you needed , glad to see your both recovering ^^

I’m doing ok my friend, just getting on with things as best as I can , been struggling with my diabetes ( diagnosed back last year in October ) been Hypoglycaemic since I was 10yrs old so had a feeling last year that I was gonna cross over that line soonish , just gone through my second trial of diabetic meds so sadly gotta come off them as well XD apart from that I’m doing ok , gaming biggest part of the time XD I wish you all the best my friend * hugs tight *
Well, not that I have to worry about that, given the fact that I'm not really an FA user anymore. These past 2 journals were an ultra rare thing for me. And, just something I've done for the holidays.
But, I suspect you already knew that.
Anyways... yesh. VERY glad to have gotten over Covid somehow. And, thank you for those nice sentiments about that. And, yeah... you're also an only kid with no brothers or sisters, eh?
*Hugs* Yesh. It isn't always an easy thing.
Anyway, okay... please take care of yourself, and stay on top of the diabetes. Keep track of your blood sugar and whatnot. And, most of all... have a happy and safe Christmas and holiday season. ^.^
