The all in one company isn't too shabby.
They have a strange way of attaching the arms, which restricts overhead movement, but I think that can be countered by making the upper torso a little longer.
(sadly I did not, so I can't sleep in it. But overall quality is still good and you can chose from lots of different fabrics)

Can you describe at all what it is they do with the arms? These are pajamas after all, so sleeping in them is what I intend to do.

Going through the customization menu I think I see what you mean about the arms. They're attached at such a steep angle that it does look like you'd have a lot of extra fabric on top of the shoulder while having very little underneath. So raising your arms would tug the sides upward and restrict movement.

Pretty much, yeah. And if the torso is not long enough to compensate a little, the crotch will just stop movement.
Especially if it's a little thicker.

Thanks though, I'll look into it in more detail. I did a quick run-through on the site and the price is pretty steep, though that's just the way it is for custom clothes. Have to consider UK to US shipping costs too. If I could ensure accurate measurements, I might jump at the quality they offer. But having to measure myself and trying to adjust it for arm movement, it'd be a real shame if anything didn't fit right. Too bad I don't know a tailor.

I know your pain. Shipping to Germany was a little cheaper but still no fun.
And I'm still a little grumpy that I didn't know about the arm attachment further. And as you said.. measuring yourself is not easy.
