a bit of information that for some reason I didn't tell earlier
so! for some reason paypal has forbidden for russian people sent and receive money in usd, therefore I can sent invoices only in rubles
if you are worried that for some reason I will request an invoice for a larger amount than I should:
1) you can always check the current usd to rub exchange rate yourself
2) I can always confirm the amount a screenshot of the rub to usd exchange rate that was relevant at the time of invoicing
you can also check this one, there is a journal from a person who faced the same problem and decided to tell about it
(thank you so much for providing information to

At least we can still do business with each other and chat sometimes
:)
Does this change affect your business in any way (better or worse)?
in fact, it had no impact and I am very happy, I thought that people have trouble converting currencies or something
Ahhh yay! Perhaps some may. If I owe something like 7258 rubles I round up to 7300 or 7400 rubles usually. Is this okay, or does it have some kind of bad consequence for you?
for me personally, the difference is not very big
as a customer, I would not care if the amount was rounded up (instead of 7589 it would be 7600) this is a small difference of one hundred rubles, which is usually eaten by the paypal commission in any case
as an artist, I will request for exactly the amount that is relevant at the exchange rate (for example, I will ask for 25 usd as 1854 rub)
maybe I'm doing this so that it doesn't confuse my customers idk :''D
Honestly, charging exactly per the exchange rate probably makes people happier. I know a few that would go crazy if there were even one ruble more than expected. To me, it is nice (as a customer) to help with the PayPal fee. Some of the exchange companies charge a lot as a middle man. D:
