Notice how I'm not saying "Happy New Year", no, just "New Year".
As 2020 comes to a close, right at the last millisecond, it has one final atrocity, one final act of bullshit to pull on us and it comes in the form of Adobe taking Flash away from us like a bad parent taking away a child's favorite toy, unprovoked and with no rhyme or reason.
It's coming in two stages. Adobe is ending flash support on browsers today, and in another few weeks, as if 2020 still has that long until it finally decides to piss off, it'll block flash content from even being functional on browsers.
2020 has been a very bad year, but like a bad smell, it's decided to linger through the start of 2021 as well.
