reposted from my main account on twitter but i still recall unfollowing some artists because of their TOS stating they are allowed to sell their art with your character in it w/o permission and its a morally grey area right there. just because it always had been that way in the art community doesnt mean it cant be iffy. i don't care if its legal to do it. i am not going to commission you if you have a tos like that. im not going to pay $200 for your art so i wont have you sell art of my character.

That's fricking sick, what low life would be willing to do that, I don't understand how people like that sleep at night, heartless, low life narcissistic scammers, they don't deserve any support on there art if that's how they make money
