Mountains & A Sunset

Kyoo no tema wa kore desu....
I will never, ever, ever get tired of the skies & mountains here in Tucson.
When the sun rises, the light hits the mountains & they just glow. It seems like you can see every nook & cranny of something that's miles away and taller than your brain can fully comprehend. Those magnificent mountains glow in reds & then lighter to golds & sometimes even glow blue or green before the sun really gets going. And I get to see this happen on my way to work every morning.
I love the sunsets here, I love the clouds.
The other week I saw yet another spectacular sunset. I walked out of wherever the hell I was, and spotted a rainbow that was almost 180 degrees--almost both ends were on the ground, with all the colors very distinct. What a sight!
And then I turn around, saw the sunset, and about fell down. Clouds burning at several shades of red, with a deep golden sky as backdrop. Some clouds were spot-raining between me & the sunset, so the rain itself was a deep peach color. I've never seen sunset-colored rain before! And a dark tall mountain behind it all.
Damn, it was breathtaking. I can't begin to tell you how absolutely freaking gorgeous it was. I alternated between standing there all entranced & jumping up & down with excitement. I couldn't believe how very damned lucky I was to get to witness this. I wanted to grab people & hug them & shake them. "Look at that! What's wrong with you?! How can you NOT want to stop & watch it until it's gone?!"
My ideal home here would include a completely circular 360-degree-windowed room about 2 stories high.
