What happened last year/what will happen this year?

Happy ew Year everybody!
Another year is upon us and I thought this might be a good opportunity to look back at the year that’s been and then see what sort of expectations we might have of the future.
So what happened last year?
We started the year off with a daring move of mixing some taboo kinks with New Year. But stats tells me this is still one of my most popular pictures, so it looks like a well-placed move.
The keen eye might have picked up on the style and characters and seen how this was more or less a prototype for Fluff-Up Picture Studio. Yes, the idea of a studio for classic pinup-influenced material was already there, though I didn’t flesh it out until later.
There’s been some bad jokes, based on the description of other pictures which no one would understand without reading them first. We’ve finished off the fantasy toy series for now (people kept asking me to make the biggest gapings I’ve done till then and I don’t think I can beat the one of Lalana). There’s been a couple of holiday pictures, ice cream dreams and a first try on a commission.
There’s been raffles and of course, there’s been Fluff-Up Picture Studio. I’m happy to have kicked off the later one, even if I still have a hard time to define what I want to make of the studio. For now, it’s a fictional studio, which have given me an excuse to flesh out and use some of my characters in an art style I enjoy.
Most important, I’ve actually got art done regularly! And then I got a job and it all slowed down to a halt by the last few months. Bummer.
What can we expect from this upcoming year?
More art, of course. I want to try and make at least two full pictures a month. That’s my minimum goal. And between that, I hope there will be more sketches. Most of my sketches can be found on my twitter instead and many of them will involve “behind the scene” material for Fluff-Up. In that way, I feel that I can flesh out my characters while practicing my drawing.
Speaking of Fluff-Up, I did have some New Year’s pictures planned. But eventually I will let it go this year. One of the ideas looked good, but it would have required me to rush out a new character, which I don’t want. I want to get him right before I put him into a real picture or he’ll end up like the deer for St. Patricks’ day (no idea of what to do with him and not really pleased with him either.)
For you who like Ziba, there’s some news. I missed it last year and the year before. But this year, we’ll see her using her favorite fantasy toy. That’s a promise (also promise to finish the watersports thing with Lalana and Kazé, which should be my priority).
I’ve almost got my commission information worked out. So that will be up this year too.
And more raffles. Either to be in a Fluff-Up card or to be in a fantasy-toy picture. We’ll see when we get there.
Lastly, I have my drawing pad and I gonna learn how to use it instead of moving between paper and computer. Not having to draw with a mouse might even speed up my art. There might be a break while I adjust to this, but I’ll be back as soon as I‘ve tamed this beast.
Now let's see how much of this I manage to keep up with and hope all of you will have a just as exciting year ahead.
