Commission terms (Please read!)

General
Some simple terms and conditions for client and self reference (which I will link to in the future)
I may update the terms as necessary in the future!

What I will draw (with certain conditions)
-R-18, with additional charge of 1.5 x the price (eg a full color single character would cost $25 x 1.5 = $37.50)
-Popping, with optional request to feature the pop parts as bonuses on my Patreon
-Original characters/fursonas belonging to another person, with their express permission or as a well-meaning gift
What I will NOT draw
-Scat
-Watersports
-Gore
-Blueberry inflation
-Real-life people
-Original characters/fursonas belonging to minors
General
1. Payment accepted through Paypal in US dollars. To negotiate other modes of payment e.g. Wise or Revolut, do it through DM (I will reject any non-monetary modes of payment, including Steam credit, Robux and Nintendo eShop credit)
2. Work on your commission will only begin after full payment is made. If you are only able to pay by instalments, discuss through private message.
3. Please notify me if you would like the commissioned artwork to be private or anonymous.
4. A x1.5 surcharge will be imposed for NSFW drawings and they will not be posted up on my gallery. (E.g., if your total commission value is $25, it will be $37.50 for NSFW)
5. I reserve the right to reject certain subjects/fetishes which I am not comfortable with drawing, in addition to the ones I mentioned above. Feel free to DM me to discuss specifics, of course.
Terms of use
1. All commissions are PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you absolutely need a commercial use for fetish art, it will be negotiated in DMs, and there will be an extra charge for it.
2. Completed artwork can be posted on public gallery or social media feeds that belongs to you (with credit)
3. Completed artwork can be sent as gifts to other users
4. You are allowed to edit or re-color the artwork after completion as you see fit
5. You are NOT allowed to use the artwork as a tool for blackmail/harassment of any other person
6. You are NOT allowed to use the artwork in any NFT/cryptocurrency exchange, or for use in any generative AI database.
Request for changes/refund
1. A WIP sketch will be shown to you when I start working on your commission for feedback. Additional WIP (such as base coloring or lineart) can be provided on request.
2. Changes can be made for free if the rough sketches/WIP that I show you have wrong or missing details
3. If there are changes not related to artwork errors (eg you want a complete pose change after seeing the sketch or a complete change of the characters), $5 will be charged per sketch involved
4. If you are not satisfied with the sketch and would like a refund, the refund value will be the total payment minus value of the sketch according to my price sheet.
5. Refunds and major changes can no longer be given once the sketch is approved.
6. You may still ask for changes in coloring for free if I have made a mistake in the final output.
Artwork/file storage
1. From time to time I may clean up my Dropbox of old WIP files and commissions. Please make sure you have the final artwork stored in your local drive/other cloud storage of your own if you wish to keep them.
2. Please notify me if you want the source files, as I don't keep them around forever! I can provide them in .psd and .sai format
Patreon
1. Some commission content may be posted on my Patreon as subscriber bonuses (e.g. any commissions related to popping). I will ask permission before doing this. If it is not posted as a bonus on Patreon, the full commission will be publically available.
2. Regardless of whether you are a subscriber or not, you will get everything related to your commission.
Others
1. This account is for inflation art and other fetishes! If you have a non-fetish commission in mind, do consider messaging my other account, Aquabluu!
