Terms of Service:
Terms of Service is accepted when commissioning me, and as soon as you have pressed the "Note" button to contact me you have accepted these terms.

If I reach out to you for approval(s), reference(s), or other information pertaining to the completion of your commission piece, and you fail to reply within 1 year of the last message sent in regards to the commission piece, I reserve the right to remove your commission from my queue.
**Unfortunately due to recent circumstances, this rule has become necessary as I have many people who have not reached out/replied in regards to several posts asking for commission info previously lost. While I understand losing the data was on my end, communication has to come from both sides to complete a transaction.
Those who've been removed from queue after the 1-year period that provide proof of purchase/requested references can be re-added to the end of the current queue.
After a 5-year limbo period, unclaimed slots will be permanently deleted.
Thank your for your understanding and continued support!
GENERAL ToS
1. Refund Policy: Typically I don't do refunds** however If there is a problem or situation, contact me first and explain your reasoning and we can work something out if I'm financially able to do so!
**I will offer refunds if I feel that I can not reasonably complete your commission despite my best efforts.
(I HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO ACCEPT OR DENY YOU A REFUND. I AM A ONE MAN BUSINESS NOT A BANK.)
2. No bickering, drama, or hate! Keep your opinions to yourself, I'm here to draw art and make people happy, nothing more.
However there are some things that are unforgivable to support and if I see you supporting it I will deny business and block. I do not tolerate: transphobia, homophobia, etc.
3. I will draw anything so long as it does not violate real laws or involve real people. Ask me about specifics if you're unsure!
4. I do not do requests, PERIOD unless stated otherwise. Typically any requests done are limited to Patreon.
5. YOU MAY NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use artwork I have created for NFT or any other related pyramid schemes. You may NOT use artwork I have created for AI sampling or generation of any kind. If having found to do so, legal action will be taken.
6. I work very slow due to mental and physical health issues, and as such my health will come first and work second but everything on my list will be completed to my highest quality!
If at any point you are concerned that I may have forgotten you, you're more than welcome to resend information as a reminder. I actually encourage it as my life tends to be very chaotic.
7. If you are unreasonably rude or combative towards myself, or treat me with disrespect, I reserve the right to cancel our exchange with prior warning for my safety and health. Refunds will NOT be supplied in these circumstances, as it is completely uncalled for to treat the artist you're working with badly. Common decency should not be a challenge for an adult capable of purchasing artwork.
8. If I make announcements asking for information or reference sheets due to corrupted USB drives, save errors, or any other reason out of my control, and you do not reach out at any point regardless, and I can not reach you, your commission will be set to the side until the needed information and resources are given. I can not work if I do not have what I need to provide!
9. No means no. If you are denied services and choose to respond harmfully you will be blocked and blacklisted.
10. All payments are taken up front, in full. Payment plans are on a case by case basis for any purchase above $100, and must include a down payment. I take payment through Zelle, Cashapp, and PayPal. PayPal is the least preferred option due to their unprofessional and unwarranted holding of funds/banning of accounts for no reason.
11. Artwork acquired from me may not be used for commercial purposes unless explicitly negotiated beforehand. No exceptions.
ART PROCESS INFORMATION
1. Artwork will be started when I am in the best headspace and physical threshold to do so, to avoid sacrificing quality and for maintaining our mental and physical health
2. A rough sketch will be provided, during this stage you may ask for changes. Once the rough is approved however, no more changes may be made.
3. Flat colours for complex characters will be sent for approval to make sure I didn't miss any markings.
4. Simple characters that I know have been coloured accurately will not have flat colour approval.
5. Once completed you will be tagged in the upload unless the artwork was requested to be private. Most images are full resolution upon submission, though there may be exceptions at times. In that case the full res would be provided by an external link.
DESIGN ToS
1. Designs may be resold for the price purchased + any additional paid art value. Your own art does not count as you did not pay for it.
2. If you acquire a design of mine through resale from the original owner, any terms stated within that sale within reason (ex. Promise of return sell, prior notification, etc) must be honored with screenshot proof.
3. Designs that have changed hands repeatedly and can not be tracked to an original owner do not apply to #2.
4. Designs may not be auctioned off or resold for more than purchase price + additional art value.
5. Designs may NOT be used for commercial purposes unless prior permissions and terms are granted.
6. Designs may in NO way EVER be used for AI or NFT purposes. If this is discovered to have happened the character(s) will be revoked.
7. Designs may be used for any personal, non commercial purposes so long as no laws are being broken. Have fun!
8. Breaking these terms may result in the character(s) being revoked on a case by case basis.
