A few watchers I know from outside of FurAffinity are already aware of my condition, however, for the past couple of months I've been having new symptoms surface of a fairly dangerous comorbidity. Lately it's really picking up, and I'm not taking it very well.
I'm still going to draw and keep working at my studies, but I need to take an extended break from my weightlifting hobby as my muscle tissue has been affected, and any stretching or bending can trigger an episode.
It's really hurting me inside, not just physically. I like being physically strong. I like working out. I like pushing myself, the focus, the discipline. It's something I really counted on to keep me centered. I'm going to keep drawing Sylph as the powerful warrior she is, because, despite my failing health, she is who I am on the inside, and nothing can take that away from me.
I'm going to be down in the dumps for a while. I apologise if this reflects poorly on my art or my output. I've finished all paid commissions, though. Maybe I should take some time and just doodle for a while.
