A new year is just a number, doesn't fix the problems that still happen...

so have stated in my previous journal that I now have some roommates staying in.

Well since then things have seemed to go okay...

Till a discovery of damage with some plumbing and after a not cheap repair and inspection (due to the now frequent use)

the damage is VERY severe and to properly fix it, I will be out of utilities for about three months...

Granted this won't happen right away but the fact this has happened, has left me a bit upset.

Though I'd be staying at my folks home for the time being when repairs start. I am really not a fan of having to deal with a lot of stuff they watch/do nowdays.

till then I guess I'll just make due and keep doing what I can.
