While not on the modeling side of things i specialize in rigging and making shape keys, plus UV unwrapping, if you need a hand on those i'll be hpapy to help.

I have a good bit of experience with Blender and general modeling skills. Very heavy into game development and Unity tho, even did some Ray-Traced renders using Unity.

I would suggest starting up with Blender Guru is you have no prior Blender and 3D sculpting experience. The guy is a delight to hear, and with the excuse of modelling a donut and a plate he hand holds you through learning the interface, shortcuts, and tools. After that, he has DOZENS of free, lengthy tutorials with a good pace that have an increasingly complex level.

FlippedNormals is also a great channel to watch, even though it's not really Blender specific!
