I am currently researching around this market.
What stickers do people usually want?
How many stickers / price per bundle?
Maybe do a fanart sticker bundle as trial?

How many stickers / price per bundle?: I think Wereboar has got it at 10 or 12 to a pack, that seems to be around the average size of sticker bundles. Pricing is entirely up to you based on how long it takes do draw the bundle from scratch.
The last two questions I don't really have an opinion on.
If you ventured into the market of telegram stickers, I probably would buy some, at some point, in the future.
