I have been a long time fan of pregnant bellies! My favorites are of the third trimester, the closer to the due date, the better! I confess vthat I am a belly rubber, however, I ALWAYS ask before I touch! It's respectful and polite!

I guess the shape of it, I've always been into bellies.

The shape, especially in the third trimester, especially when getting closer to the due date.. just so big, so round, so bulgy.. i'm a long-time pregnancy lover, and a long-time belly lover as well.. just the sight, the shape, the size.. and for what it is, makes me love pregnancy to it's fullest extent, every part of it, is just so very beautiful~

It's hard to articulate. Making the future, it's a beautiful thing. It's why I tend to have art of the kids that result, not just the radiant mothers.

That curve is also just gorgeous.

My favorite aspect is the growing life. Its truly a miracle to see the process of a new life being formed. The changes to the carrying parent as well give a literal glow as they grow with life. It just fills me with a lot of happiness

My favorite aspect would probably have to be... The whole growth part of the body! Not the obvious expanding of the belly, but the other parts, like the mammaries and the rump. Or atleast in our sort of furry universe, those tend to grow regardless of the characters involved, but the whole difference in size is my favorite.

Having a tummy is wonderful, but the fact that I get to be a mother is heartwarming to me 😭💜

I guess that a big belly that can be rubbed and makes her more appealing to me.

The sense of carrying new life, the burden of the future, and of course the pride it produces.

IRL, the feminine energy of it. Like a goddess from times of old~ I want to be huge and worshipped for my ability to harbor life.

Honestly ... It is the miraculous creation of it all.

The realization that, 'This is not just pudge ... this is a BABY / BABIES / A LITTER'.

There is just so much Emotion that swirls around Pregnancy. Fear, Uncertainty, Apprehension of Responsibility, Wonder, Love, Satisfaction, Victory.

Every living creature with genders has a biological drive to reproduce, so there is an undeniable sense of Victory and Success when that base drive nets results.

Everything from, "Oh Wow! We Did It! This is Really Happening!" ... to ...
"Oh $#** ... what have we done? ... What do we do now?"
... and countless other ways to react.

Pregnancy just creates such a wild set of changes and experiences for the Mother who finds their body now building new life forms inside of them, while also preparing to deal with the little one(s) when they transition from 'passenger' to 'dependant companion'.

Acknowledgement of some of the darker, scarier, painful and dangerous aspects of it feels necessary now and then to repect the reality of it all ... but if asking why I LOVE it, it is obviously move Loving, Enthusiastic and Satisfied examples of the experience that I enjoy the most ... that, and a healthy bit of "I'm turning into a MOM and I can't stop it!", involuntary life change, which is amusingly comparable to a werewolf TF, only resulting from a different kind of "Bite".

As someone who is Gender Dysphoric, loves babies, children and cute things, and laments not being able to fulfill that biological role myself, there is definately a HUGE aspect of Fantasy Fulfillment in enjoying art and stories about it as well.

Finally ... it is a common consensus that "Curves are Beautiful" ... and Pregnancy has a way of not only adding one more, big, significant Curve to a mothers body, but also enhancing and exaggerating the natural curves that were already there.

Basically, Pregnancy is beautuful Inside AND Out. ... and is the ultimate Victorious result of the sexual impulses driving us.

What's not to love?

And, of course ... for all the same reasons a Sandwhich is good, but a Feast is better ... a Fast Car is nice, but a Race Ready Supercar is Thrilling ...

... when one already knows the idea of Pregnancy (and all the physical changes and experiences that come with it) and creating children excites them, it is not too much of a stretch to then think and fantasize, "What if That ... but MORE".
... so, 'Litters' and Hyper Pregnancy are often Great Fun to imagine.

I really, Really like pregnancy as not just a 'Shape' or 'State of Being', but intead as something that is Actively Happening.

Changes that have not just happened, but are still not done yet until that baby (or babies) comes out. Even then, there is still the whole 'Breastfeeding' stage that follows.

Pregnancy is an entire experience of gradual change, new sensations, and new milestones, all leading towards a life changing, life Creating, Climax.
