Terms of Service

🌱✨Terms of Service✨🌱By commissioning me, you're automatically accepting each of these terms. I highly recommend you to read them!
If any of these are not clear to you, feel free to ask any questions and I will try my best to give you a deeper explanation.
🔹 I don't think this should be a term, but considering some past experiences, I felt the need to put it here.
I consider mutual respect to be the base of any healthy artist/client relationship so please, when asking for anything related to a commission, or anything related to my art in general, and even throughout the working process of a commission, keep in mind that I’m a person with feelings, and that it’s in no way fair that you come to me with bad manners, a sarcastic/bad attitude or passive-aggressive comments. I love drawing, and I love doing commissions because it makes me happy knowing that people enjoy my art this much. I’m also very aware that sometimes mistakes are made, but this does not give anyone the right, in any sense, to be mean about it. I’m completely open to complaints, but in order for me to assure you an efficient solution, we both have to be respectful and civilized.
TL/DR: We MUST respect each other. Feel free to call me out if I ever lash out or sound rude.
🔹 Changes can be requested, but will be limited to a maximum of three (3) free corrections per drawing. Any other changes will have an extra charge and will vary depending on complexity. Note: Changing the whole position of the characters once I’m already working on a different one won’t count as a free change.
🔹 As usual, reference sheets are a must after your request is accepted (Unless a custom design is needed, then I'll ask for very detailed info). Note: In regards of any refs that may have bright/saturated colors, I will personally ask for your permission to use slightly de-saturated colors in the piece I'll do for you, since I have very sensitive sight and those palettes can hurt my eyes.
🔹 Deadlines can be discussed, but I'll most likely reject them. I've been dealing with an undiagnosed arm injury for over a year now, so stressing and rushing for art is something I'd currently like to avoid.
🔹 I always take full payment upfront. PayPal only. No exceptions.
🔹I don't do refunds, unless there's a really bad emergency from your or my side.
🔹 I'm finally confident enough to say that I'm willing to draw any species, including humans. I might reject some robotic characters if they're too complex, but feel free to ask if you're not sure!
🔹 Regarding NSFW commissions: I'm willing to draw a few kinks, depending on how extreme they are. Again, feel free to ask. Worst I can say is no.
🔹 As for this last point, I feel like it's a necessary statement seeing how things are going lately; you cannot sell my work as NFTs, no matter if you paid for it or not.
