While not an idea itself, I actually recommend into looking at how to get more of a screenshot/picture from the direct source you're making these gifs in. Not only would this raise the general resolution, but if you use something like a camera, it's going to to keep the camera stabilized to avoid the image moving or stuttering around. o:
