I have myopia and astigmatism and I think that one of 27 could help you. I work on a screen of the same resolution although it is quite old because it is about 6 years old.

tho I don’t know how it’ll be look at all the small details with my bad sight xD

if you dont game then hz is not that important. size is personal preference. I think bigger can always be better for drawing or general media. I would not get a curved monitor either. Just get anything thats 4k, reviews say the color is accurate and is the size you want. typically if the reviews say it's good and it meets ur criteria then thats all you need

I would say for such things 27" is the minimum and probably the most comfortable size since I imagine you prefer being a bit closer to the screen and if you get anything bigger than that you might end up having to start turning your head to look from one side to another. And it does get annoying if you have to do it a lot. Refresh rate (hz) probably won't matter a whole lot unless you're dealing with animation. But even then I am not sure the gain would be enough to justify the significant price difference of going up to 4k 120hz. Definitely be weary of the color accuracy, brightness and panel. A good IPS does indeed have rather stunning colors when you compare to most others. (Or PLS as it claims to be a variation of IPS, not sure about it though). And yes, not all IPS are made equal as I became wildly aware of when I got my 2k screen(or just technological improvement). And as mentioned before, be wary of curved screens as I've heard mixed things about them from people working in graphics design. A few love them, but majority can't work with them as it somehow shifts perception and causes inaccuracy.

As for specifics, probably have a peek at either BenQ or Dell. At least those I've seen mostly used. Could be company policies though. But I've heard good things about Viewsonic and LG as well, at least in the 2K resolution department.

Honestly I think they might be all similarly priced between the 600-1000 Eur range for sort of entry level graphic design screens that are decent.

hz matters because if you want frame beyond 60 more hearts is the same has the fps limit
fx. a 144Hz can go to 144fps granted you have a cable that can support it
if you dont have a good enough cable then you cant make use of it even if you have it
and more frames granted your pc can handle it means a smother image
atleast thats how i understand it
so if you are fine with 60 fps hz dont really matter much since pretty much all pc monitors have that supported
size and resolution greatly increase the power needed to run it so more size means beefier pc you can safely have a 27 inch screen in 4k with a 1080ti(i have a 35 inch 4k with no issue but its also a beefy gamer pc) though high performance games will tank frames on highest settings to something between 20-50 in most cases depending on game
outside games it should remain on 60fps if thats what you are going for
dont go higher than 4K currently that size has seen improvement and more models but higher is still expensive and not yet worth it

What kind of PC do you have and what graphics card is it running? The first thing you should be checking is whether or not your computer can support 4k resolution. Most modern GPUs support 4k so it might not be an issue unless you have an older computer.

Got an MSI curved monitor. 165 Hz. Love it to death.

My eye strain was greatly reduced by upgrading to a 4k monitor. I haven't tried a 2k monitor. I don't have myopia, but my eyes are very sensitive.

I can't speak as someone with such an eye condition but its worth noting that the hz can be a factor in eye strain. 120 ajd 144 respectly do have less flickering due to the higher refresh rate. My mom had sensitive eyes amd was nearsighed and she preferred the 120hz over the 60 especially with how long she spent everyday on the PC.

My setup is a 65" 4k, a 24" 4k cintiq and a 28" 1080p. My only real gripe involves the cintiq in which i have to use scaling options to read things comfortably on it. But 4k is overall a clearer picture which I say is easier on the eyes than my 1080p monitor.
