In the following Document you will find some rules and advices for my services.
Credits
Please give always proper credits when you upload the art!
Do not delete the Credits on the Artwork itself.
Always credit the base artist and me!
Ownership and usage
I am always able to use art created by me for promotion and private usage.
I will sell Ownership of Chars and Artworks. For exmple I am allowed to use created Artworks of a Char, before purchase.
Payment
a)
Payment will always be done via Paypal.
I'll send you my paypal.me to pay there.
Currency is USD! If you Change into EURO it is 1:1 like 10USD=10EURO
You are free to give 1USD extra because if Paypal fee.
Payment has to be done within 48 hours after you got my paypal.
b)
No Payment received
If the Payment does not arrived in time…
-Adopts will be up for sale again, you have the chance to buy it again
-Commissions won't be done
-after 2 times of delay you will be blocked
Adopts
a)
Adopts will be delivered in high resolution, unwartermarked. After you paid!
b)
Changes can be done, just ask and I will send you the costs of the changes. Changes will be done after you paid at least the Price for the Adopt.
Ex. Change Colors, patterns, add Tattoos
c)
You are allowed to resell the Adopt. But not for more then you brought it! If it have additional art you can rise up the price according to the extra costs.
d)
Nsfw- look at the extra point
Commissions (YCH)
a)
Commissions (YCH) will be done after I received the payment!
b)
Changes can be done, just ask and I will send you the costs of the changes. Changes will be done after you paid at least the Price for the basic Commission (YCH)
Ex. Change Colors, patterns, add Tattoos
c)
NSFW - watch the next point
NSFW
I can do NSFW work, I also offer ych of them. But to get an NSFW from me you have to tell me your exact date of birth! DD.MM.JJJJ
For example:
14.02.1997 (14. February 1997)
I am charging NSFW now + 5 USD
Refunds
Refunds are complicated and only will given when something went terribly wrong.
