CMOS batteries are user replaceable for a good reason. Annoyingly, easy access to the battery on mine requires removal of the graphics card if it has a substantial cooler like essentially any gaming card of the last several years. By marketing, the reasonably current board is explicitly meant for gamers.

It only takes a few minutes if you have a normal air-cooled card but still...
