5 months ago I decided, (with a lot of support from a friend), to find Dr to help with my gender dysphoria. I was afraid and embarrised when i made the call but I got worked up for nothing. My Dr turned out to be extreemly supportive and friendly. Been out in the rural part of the country all consultations are via Zoom.

Having someone who was supportive really helped else I doubt i would be where i am today.

Over the past few years I wasn't living, meerly existing. I retracted into my pwn little world and in doing so many friendships were damaged. If you are reading this I really would like to try and mend things if still possible.

I am starting to practice art again. This time I will improve. I will stay focused.
