So after calling around vets all morning I settled on one and checked her in, She was xrayed and the vet noticed narrowing between the disks on two spots in her back. He thinks what happened was when I pinched her tail she jerked away and pulled which is what hurt her back. He is hopeful that it is just a sprain and with steroids the situation will improve, but he did not hype me up or tell me that she will 100% walk again. But he is hopeful since she can feel her back legs and will try to pull away when you pinch her pads or between her toes.

- She is on steroids, a pain pill, and a muscle relaxer

I'm to keep her immobile as I can while she heals, and I am praying. absolutely PRAYING that since I got her to the vet within hours of it happening that her chances are better but he did tell me if nothing improves we may have to look into surgical options. I'm worried sick about my baby.

- I will not be working on anything while I care for her as she is not allowed to move. Please understand this.

I'm already preparing in case I do have to explore a surgical option and I may or may not depending on if she progresses or shows progress/ WANTING to use her legs set up a go fund me to help with the cost IF she does need surgery. If I can I want to explore absolutely every option out there. This dog literally is my best friend and quite literally saved my life, she came into my life in such a dark time and has done nothing but love me unconditionally and I have to do the same for her.
