GENERAL
» A clear, visual character reference is required!
» All artwork is copyrighted by cryokingg.
» I can decline service if your behavior is inappropriate or toxic.
» I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
» I have the right to decline any works that I am uncomfortable with or feel that it may be out of my capabilities.
» This page can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
» I reserve the right to reuse sketches that are rejected by the client for other art content.

​PAYMENT
» Accepted (USD Only): Venmo, PayPal, CashApp.
» I will not start the drawing until payment is received.
» If you want a commission private you will have to pay a fee.
» Split payment available for orders over $100 — 70% upfront, 30% after sketch.
» Payments that are $100 and under must be paid fully before I start the commission.

​PROCESS
» Time frame for most art is less than a month.
» You can check the status of your order on my Trello.
» Complex or detailed orders cannot be rushed.
» Keep in mind that I have a life outside of art.

REVISIONS
» I will only make changes to sketches and small color adjustments.
» Once you approve the sketch process any changes beyond that will cost extra.
» I will not continue the changes in the art until that payment is made.

REFUNDS
» You will be contacted if I cannot complete the commission.
» Refunds are only given if I do not/can not fulfill my part of the service.
» Any chargebacks that aren't discussed will immediately be declined and you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and may have a beware written based on the circumstance.

USEAGE
» You can use the art for personal and NON-PROFIT use.
» You must post the art with credit to cryokingg.
» You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
» You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
» Bases and adopts will have their own rules in the advertised post.
» Art is not for resale in any form or to generate any profit, including NFT's

INFRINGEMENT
» Claiming my art as your own.
» Removing or altering my watermark.
» Altering the artwork without my consent.
» Any violation to these terms and general internet copyright rules.
» Making profits off the artwork unless it is specifically stated that you can.
» Violation of these terms may lead to blacklisting, a community beware, and losing any rights to your commissioned piece.
