Updates commission prices since I realized I haven’t updated them since 2017 lol

I maintain the right to reject any commission requests for any reason. These are the prices I am comfortable with and they may be more or less expensive depending on variables like whether or not the commissioner wants any color, or multiple characters, or complicated subject matter.
