By commissioning me you have read and agreed to my TOS:
I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
-All personal information will be confidential. I will never share names/faces/emails/addresses or any other personal information with anyone.
-Payments must be sent through PayPal. Payment plans can be made for commissions over $100. Commissions will begin once they are fully paid for.
-Fully paid art moves to the front of the queue. Commissions will be placed in order of their completion. Commissions list will be will be updated frequently and available to view on Trello: Tezo’s Commissions
-A full refund can be given if the artwork has not been started yet. Partial refund varies on how much artwork had already been completed. Work in Progress pictures will be frequently sent throughout the commission process upon request. Once the sketch is sent and client approval has been given there shall be no major changes to the art/character designs.
-For fursuit commissions only, a 25% non-refundable down payment is required to cover the cost of materials. Payment plans will be available for all fursuit or fursuit parts over $100. Must be paid in full for work to begin. Shipping cost will be calculated after fursuit completion. Fursuit heads and bodysuits will only be available for clients 18 or older.
-A reference sheet or artwork of your character is required for any artwork. (A detailed description of the character/species/and colours are accepted for ref sheet commissions ONLY if no other artwork is available to show)
-You MUST be 18 or older to order a NSFW commission from me. ID will be required to show. What is considered NSFW? Exposed genitals, sex toys, suggestive poses, or sexual acts. I WILL NOT DRAW: CP, zoophila, scat/watersports/, gore, vore, rape, diapers, political, or any illegal actions. (If you’re unsure about something, feel free to ask.)
-NO STOLEN CHARACTERS. Original owners will be contacted. I won’t draw nsfw Trademark characters.(Anime, Disney, Dreamworks, Mascots, Hasbro, DC comics, Video games, etc.)
-Only myself and characters owner may post/repost the artwork. (To owner) Please give proper credit or I will request you to take it down. Telegram artist credit sticker must be uploaded in the sticker pack.
-DO NOT crop/cover/remove my watermarks. There should be ZERO reason for hiding or removing the watermark. DO NOT trace/recolor/copy/steal any and all art pieces.
-Any violation of these rules will result in being blacklisted from future commissions
