I was wondering if Radagast or other Diablo related stuff was ever going to show up again - I remember you saying at some point during that comic series you were going to be doing some D3 related stuff, but I don't think anything came of it.

Heh, glad someone remembers my old comic! I had ideas for D3 but truth be told, not a fan of the Lacuni ladies redesign in that game. They look more monkey-like than cat, and the faces are just rather ugly. Gilgamesh drew them, if you want to see some art of them.
I did end up drawing a D3 Succubus though, if you check my gallery.
And I always had an idea about a fight scene between Radagast and the more reptile-headed Corrupted Rogues, but the sprites were so small I couldn't much make out what they look like. The remaster might give me more detail to work with that.

I'm actually surprised he hasn't been shown romping with any Night Howlers, the corrupted Druid werewolves seen in the Shrouded Moors portion of D3's adventure mode - while the models themselves are very likely male, lorewise at least SOME of them have to be female, as nothing I can find suggests Druids are male-only the way Sorceresses and Amazons are female-only.

Ah, that came with the Necromancer? I got burned out on D3 by then, and frankly, I did not like the changes they made to the Necromancer (summoning skeletons being passive skill now?)... never bought that expansion. Grim Dawn's expansion came out around the same time and I immensely preferred the Necromancer class skills there. But yeah now that you mention I did play that shrouded moor area. The wolves were OK but I could never get the D3 models extracted properly to look at them.
If anything, the only female monster I would like to draw from D3 are the fish ladies from the Greyhollow islands. They have proper boobs (if A-cup size) and anthro faces and all. But again, wish I could get a better look a the models.

Also, have you given any thought to remastering your D2 comic for D2 Resurrected? Your art skill has improved substantially over the past 11 years, and even though the original comic is still great, I'm actually curious how it would look if done nowadays.

Thanks - yeah, I found that artist's Artstation myself way back, I just forgot I had that. They might have small boobs, but they are pretty slim and slinky fish-gals.
I would not likely re-draw the same story, though yeah, I am better with anatomy and coloring/shading nowadays. But I do wanna draw more Lacuni art, ever since I found the CGI renders for the original D2 kitties: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9297925/ - with the new game coming, I will likely wait and see how they look in the remaster then draw more art with those designs! I always intended a chapter 2 where Radagast visits the Halls of the Dead and faces these three gals and many more Lacuni as well as Bloodwitch the Wild to get the Horadric Cube.
Also, dunno if you spotted them in the gameplay video, the Corrupted Rogues in DII Resurrected seem to have retained their (optional) reptilian heads too! I always wanted to draw those gals in that anthro demon form, so that's on the menu too.

Well, I definitely can't wait to see it - there can never be enough media of werewolves being horny for me.

Oh yeah, likely I will also need to redesign Radagast. They seem to have changed the Werewolf form for the Druid a bit. I hope he will still be as lanky and long-limbed as the old one though, but they sure added more fur.

From what I saw of the 3 or so seconds it was visible, it was bulked up slightly in the chest and changed to a dark grey with black in some spots fur from the whiteish-tawny the original sprite had, but it still seemed fairly lanky everywhere but the chest area (which I personally hate - I prefer vitruvian, AKA proportional, werewolves as much as possible).

The old one had no fur on the chest, though you could only see this if you checked the render they used in advertising. I don't mind that they added fur on the chest too. But yeah, I too feel the werewolf form should be lanky and athletic not super muscular, that's the werebear's job!

There a link for that render? I tried to look for it, but all the results I got were blurry pixelated screens of the ingame sprite, an image for the werewolf sprite used in Median (which, while much clearer, is also a mod sprite, so not an official depiction), some images for the D4 werewolf and a few fan renditions of what a D3 werewolf would look like (which I can only assume came out before Reaper of Souls).

Btw, someone did crack the alpha and took videos of all the other character skills, and the werewolf now looks different, closer to this render. Runs on 4 legs too like the old one!

Well, I can immediately see from that image that they didn't keep the gravity-defying shoulder tufts.

Yeah, sadly those are missing from the new one. But the body structure is otherwise quite similar.

I actually prefer the model without them...they make it look like Mr. Wolf spent a little too much time farming Rakanishu.

No, like he took too many point-blank charged bolts and the fur on the wolf's shoulders is now permanently spiked.

Ah, that's why! Static electricity and fur, indeed, must not be a great combination. :D

The guy even notes that if you zoom in, you can see the Huntresses have 4 nipples. I love the more feline faces too. Can't wait to see the models up close - I assume someone will come up with a way to extract them.

I wonder if there will be mods that let us play different characters too... Spear cat soulds like something I would play.

Blizzard is notoriously resistant to mods - D3 runs in a way that I still haven't even found a good way to extract and view the models yet...
However since D2 will supposedly be just the same old game running in the background, maybe we can get around to that. At any rate, if the Lacuni won't be topless, I sure as heck will try to make some nude mods for them.
And I always wished you could hire Spear Cats as followers in Act II! Maybe they could throw various bombs. :)

I meant, by design most of the Huntress/Spear Cats are topless, if you have seen my comic with them - I followed the offical art. They wear corsets that leave the boobs exposed.
