So, after dealing with the frustration, that is PayPal hold policies. I decided to switch to venmo.
Apparently, PayPal will hold your money for 21 days, if you haven't sold anything in a while. That's ridiculous, especially for freelance artists like me. Anyway , once I get my money out of hold, I will no longer be using PayPal for my commissions.
