If i thought I loved pat before, it was mere infatuation compared to what I feel for him today. My heart hurts when we are apart. I think of him when I am at work. I do not care what anyone else calls it, I call it love. I would have what we have together for the rest of my life. We are a bit of an odd couple, but we compliment each other so well. My parrents have fully accepted him, so I have no reason to hide my love for Pat. I will write more if there are major changes, like if/when we decide to be lifemates.... for now I am happy as we are.
