Phew, it's been a hot minute, huh!

Had a couple things I wanted to say with this journal since it's been two years now since my last one and a whole year since my last post.

Firstly, I'm doing alright! Surviving, if not exactly thriving, but at least things have been less chaotic since my last journal... well, y'know, *broadly gestures* aside. How have you all been doing? Taking care of yourselves I hope.



Secondly is something I've been thinking on for a very long time now and that is: I'm announcing, my retirement from this account for the foreseeable future.

I suppose this has been a long time coming. I'd been struggling with burnout since at least 2016 and more recently it's just been harder and harder to push through it. Diaper art just doesn't do it for me as an artist the way it did when I started this account, uh, *checks* nine years ago now, geeze.

I'm so thankful for all of you who have followed me and commented on and favourited or even just lurked on my art over the years. I still read every comment I get and am constantly shocked at all the new followers I've gained every time I log in. It blows me away that people still to this day come to me and tell me how much they love the art I created here.

I love you all and none of this would have been possible without your support over the years.



If you'd still like to keep up with my art, I occasionally remember to post to steampossum however, I'm far more active on Twitter these days if you'd like to keep up with me personally and, occasionally, see some pieces that never make it to FA.
