Yesterday I was finally able to see a traumatologist. In addition to my hand, I also have problems with my knees, they have been hurting at night for more than a year. I'll not go into details and medical terms (it is especially difficult to describe this through a translator). The doctor said that in general, everything is fine, and the inflammation is caused by a sedentary lifestyle. It's so comical. I JUST NEEDED MORE REST, haha
I also have a cyst in my knees, but the doctor explained that this is normal in this situation. I was prescribed exercises for my joints and therapy. Plus more rest
Now it's legal to be lazy!! hahah
But of course I'm very glad that in the end everything turned out to be fine!
By nature, I'm just a terrible alarmist :D

FA+

I'm sure this will help! but for now I'm dying of training to strengthen joints :D
Agree!
I can feel you on that, since I have a chronic disease that docs took a lot of time to diagnose well. And this is why it got worse.
A big hug! I hope you can recover soon and feel a lot better! Having a diagnosis is a good start, and exercises can help a lot with these problems.
