By purchasing adoptables, custom designs, YCHs or other types of commissions and / or using any artwork from this account, you agree to the following:

1. BIDDING & PAYMENT:
1.1. Real bids only. You must bid only what you can pay. Therefore, you should not hide, edit or delete your bids without a serious reason or contacting me.
1.2. You must send the payment within 48 hours after I sent you a DM, otherwise I message the person who bid before you (be ready to have a chance to claim even if someone overbids you).
1.2.1. In case of a hold or a payment plan (comes with high bids or AB only), you must reply to my message within 48 hours and state the details of payment.
1.3. When ordering custom designs or commissions, you have the right to pay only after the sketch is confirmed.
1.4. Payment is made via Boosty or PayPal (when possible).
1.5. No refunds / chargebacks. If a refund / chargeback is issued by mistake, you must message me or reply to my message within 48 hours in order to resolve the issue. If a fraudulent refund / chargeback is issued, all the rights for the particular adoptable, custom design, YCH or other type of commission automatically go back to me.
1.6. In case of violating any of the above for more than once without a serious reason or contacting me, I reserve the right to ban you permanently (I am honestly anxious because of people setting astronomical bids and then disappearing or giving excuses instead of payment; this ruins the whole auction for me and for people who actually want to buy something, so do not do that PLEASE).


2. ADOPTABLES & CUSTOM DESIGNS:
2.1. You have the right to use the design you paid for anywhere you want without my further interruption of any sort.
2.2. You have the right to do minor design changes.
2.3. You have the right to claim the design as your intellectual property. However, I, as the creator, reserve the right to post it anywhere on my social media.
2.3.1. You don’t have the right to claim the design as something created by you (please respect the artist).
2.3.2. When ordering a custom design, you have the right to claim the idea as yours.
2.4. You have the right to resell a design you own for any price you find reasonable with my further notice.
2.5. You don’t have the right to make an open, semi-open or closed species of any adoptable you’ve purchased.
2.6. Removing the watermark is optional if you want to use separate PNGs from the file for your TH or as pagedolls; crediting me as the creator is at your own will.


3. YCHs & ARTWORK COMMISSIONS:
3.1. When ordering an artwork commission or an YCH, you have the right to ask for changes. However, if you ask for changes too many times, I reserve the right to ask for extra payment.
3.2. Once your commission is finished and confirmed by you, you don’t have the right to ask for more changes.
3.3. You have the right to use the completed artwork anywhere you want including avatars, banners, wallpapers, etc.
3.4. You don’t have the right to remove the watermark from the original artwork.
3.5. You don’t have the right to use the completed artwork commercially, including making prints, NFTs, etc. However, you have the right to print it for your personal use or as a gift.


4. P2U BASES (LINEARTS):
4.1. You have the right to use the purchased lineart for personal and commercial needs including making references and adoptables.
4.2. You have the right to add minor details or changes.
4.3. You don’t have the right to give it to anyone for free.
4.4. You don’t have the right to resell it.
4.5. You must credit me as the creator of the original lineart.


5. ARTWORK USAGE:
5.1. You have the permission to use my artwork in your videos, features or journals as long as you credit me and my watermark remains intact.
5.2. You have the permission to show my artworks on other resources as long as you credit me and my watermark remains intact.
5.3. If you want to use my artwork that features the characters of others you should also ask the OCs' author(s).
5.4. You don’t have the right to use my original characters without my permission (e.g., roleplaying publicly, claiming as yours, using in any commercial way).
5.5. You don’t have the right to use my personal artwork as avatars and / or banners (wallpapers for personal use only not included).
5.6. You don’t have the right to remove my watermark, edit my artwork, use filters on it and / or do other types of manipulations without my permission.
5.7. You don’t have the right to use my artwork as prints and / or make any sorts of goods in your online store or use it commercially in any way, e.g., make NFTs, resell, redistribute.


6. FANART / GIFT ART:
6.1. I can’t deprive you of your right to do fanart of anything you see on the Internet but please hear me out:
6.1.1. SFW fanart / gift art of my characters is always accepted.
6.1.2. Gore fanart / gift art conditions: Volinfer - yes; Malina - please don’t.
6.1.3. NSFW fanart / gift art conditions: Volinfer - ask; Malina: solo - yes; with someone - ask; extreme fetishes are not accepted; for more details better contact me in DMs.
