Got my first vaccine

I got vaccinated yesterday for corona. and Surprisingly I haven't had any side-effects from it.
I had slight itch and ache that I wouldn't even consider being one.
To be honest, normal flushot have been hurting me more than this did. usually my arm have been sore for few days. Nothing from the corona vaccine. Can move my arm just fine.
After 21 days there gonna be the vaccine number 2.
Maybe I just got some placebo instead.. xD
I think they started vaccine peoples who are belonging in a risk groups.
Anyone else had theirs yet and did you get side-effects or sick from the vaccine?
