Written below is the official terms of service pertaining to any commissioned work by Pokepan11/Pokepan. When commissioning Pokepan11/Pokepan you are agreeing to these terms and are understanding of them. You are also understanding to the fact they are subject to change or to be updated at any time Pokepan11/Pokepan sees fit to change or update them. Please do not dispute these terms under any circumstance.

As of now, this is the only way I would like to be contacted. Requesting commissions through FA notes isn't nearly as efficient as I would like it to be and without proper notifications as an option makes communication and updates extremely difficult. If you do not wish to use Discord as a means of communication I won't be willing to work with you, my apologies.

When adding me on discord for a commission: Do note that unless spoken otherwise, adding me will be purely for business purposes and I do not wish for it to be anything more. I am not comfortable with just out of the blue conversations and forceful friendship attempts. If I take notice that you are over stepping your boundaries with me by harassing me, acting rudely, or choosing uncomfortable conversations, comments, or otherwise; I will block your account and you may not commission me for any projects afterwards.

Rules and Regulations

I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason I see fit.

Please do not harass me over commissions or deadlines! Asking every once in awhile is okay, but spamming me with messages about when something will be done will make me less likely to work with you again in the future!

Any and all turn around times are expected to be within the week to about 6 months. If I have not contacted you during that entire time or have exceeded the 6 month limit, please message me right away and we can discuss our next steps, be it a refund or other means of compensation. Unless there is a clear and proven financial emergency or I have exceeded the 6 month deadline, no refunds may be issued. If you break my line of trust and lie to me about financial emergencies to escape payment plans, you shall be banned from any future projects. Please do not ruin this allowance for those that may truly need it.

I'm open to drawing kinks other than my own, but there are some kinks I am completely uncomfortable with, or I'm just not capable of drawing them in the first place, so please be understanding of that when requesting a kink beyond my expertise.

I WILL NOT DRAW: NSFW Content/Fetish Work of minors/children fictional or otherwise, Incest, Pedophilia, Explicit Gore, Complex Machines/Backgrounds/Clothing, or Zoophilia/Beastiality. Please note that if you send a request for any of the prior stated I will assume that you have not read my TOS and I could potentially block you from my account and thus refuse work from you for any possible commission projects. If requesting NSFW content, I will only draw it depicting adults and adult characters.

Do not try to ask for discounts or bargain lower prices from me! My prices are set and non-disbutable.

I only accept payment through PayPal's invoice system and paypal.me! Do not ask me for my own paypal e-mail, and don't ask about the "friends and family" way of sending money! I don't do that here!

I require full payment BEFORE I start on any commission! In order to pay me for my work, please contact me with your PayPal e-mail and I shall send you an invoice! When an invoice is sent, you will find it in your e-mail listings. If there is any issue and you can't find it, let me know right away and I'll try and help you figure out what went wrong.

If I feel as though an unnecessary excessive amount of changes or revisions to any projects is given, I may wish opt out of your commission project. A few changes here and there is fine and acceptable, so don't be afraid to ask. I will always make it clear when I feel too much has been asked of me. Otherwise, I may also just ask for an additional fee if the changes have added more complexity to the project than what was initially discussed.

Do NOT upload my work to your personal social media accounts unless given permission by me to do so. If given permission, be sure to properly credit me and link back to my account in the descriptions of the work, wherever it is uploaded.

If the commission you have purchased was a sketched commission, do NOT color it/commission another artist to color it. While I have allowed this in the past, I have decided that I am no longer comfortable with this concept in any way, shape or form. From here on out I want all work that I provide to be fully completed by myself and only myself. Any sketch commissions may be requested to be completed later on whenever I have color commissions open and I will be more than happy to complete them for you. If I find that you have gone against my wishes and I discover my work completed by anyone other than myself, you will be blocked on any and all of my social accounts and I will refuse any future work with you. You could also get reported for possible art theft depending on the circumstances. Please respect my wishes.

I also would prefer if no personal edits/changes were made to my colored work as well. If you would like something fixed or changed, let me know before the project is completed and I shall do it for you. It's my job to do so!

Any and all commissions I complete shall be uploaded to any and all of my social media accounts upon completion and be used in any promotional work for myself unless asked otherwise. Please be sure to specify right away whether or not you want something to remain unseen. Because private works prevent my art from bringing in potential new viewers/customers, I will be charging a small $10 USD fee for any works that remain unseen by the public eye.

I do not consent in any of my work being tokenized, transformed, or submitted in any way shape or form to the NFT Market, whether you have purchased my artwork personally or are just a viewer of my work. If any discoveries are made of my works being re-sold in the NFT Market without my consent, legal action shall be pursued and you will be banned from any future commission works or projects.
