Adoptable One-Offs [Sticky]

!=-=! I'm always looking for feedback! If you've got it, give it! Thanks in advance. !=-=! Hey everyone, due to a lingering interest in my characters as of late, I'm opening up the possibility of adoption for much of the still-available characters.
Images with an [A] in their title are unowned and available for purchase. This will remain a way to pick up characters you might find interest in, as I tend to create a lot of OC-designs while I draw for funzies.
The current method is auction-based, and is in effect for all new characters (After April 1st, 2022).
-The starting bid/ minimum bid/ autobuy price will be stated in the comment section of the first-posted picture by me, and will generally begin at 25 USD.
-The minimum bid for all adopts will be 5 USD.
-The Autobuy price will be noted on the image.
-The auction officially begins with the first bidder.
-To place a bid, please reply to the previous bidder. Hidden bids and bids not posted in the auction chain will not be counted.
-The auction ends 24-hours after the last bid is placed or if someone decides to auto-buy.
-Please do not bid if you cannot afford to pay.*
-The winning bid must be payed within 48 hours, or the second runner-up will be selected as the winner, or a new auction will begin.
*If you can no longer afford your bid, please simply hide your reply.

-You may NOT commission me if you are under eighteen.
-Do not harass other members of the auction.
-If your actions are found belligerent, harassing, and/or unsportsmanlike during, or after the auction:
++You will be blacklisted from all auctions.
++You will be suspended from commissioning/ participating in commissions from me.
++Any commissions with you in them will be immediately cancelled, regardless of proxy.
[1]: Rights and Permissions
- I retain full rights to my pieces.
- The commissioner will be allowed to post a copy on your page or elsewhere, so long as I am credited.
- Your adopted character will remain posted on my page for posterity, unless requested otherwise [This will incur extra fees]
- Please do not edit or recolor my work (without prior notice.)
- The commissioner will not be allowed to use their commission for commercial purposes.
[2]Payment:
- After contact, you will be sent a PayPal invoice here through FA.
- Upon payment, the adopted character and their page will have your claim:
++The account which you've sent a note through will be credited as the owner.
++The adoption mark [A] will be removed from the title.
[3]Reposting:
- New owners are encouraged to upload copies of their new characters onto their own pages, and to keep a copy for themselves, should anything happen to my page.
- Images should already at their highest resolution here as is, so copy and pasting off of FA will suffice.
- Feel free to rename your characters and apply whatever canon you'd like once you've completed your purchase.
- Feel free to make edits/ change details on new commissioned pieces.
[4]Transitioning Ownership
- Should you decide to pass on your character, it is optional to notify me so that I may update the page with proper ownership.
- Likewise, you are welcome to resell your adopted characters.
- I humbly ask you do not scalp adopts for profit. That would make me very sad.
