TERMS OF SERVICE
Please always first make sure that I am open for commissions.
If you plan to use my work commercially there will be an extra fee.
I reserve the right to refuse service.
I sometimes do art gifts or art for myself, if this is the case please do not ask for these to be turned into YCH’s. These pieces are done specifically for someone.
I am more so open for customs than I am for commissions as I am still starting out on these.
I provide WIP’s (Work In progress) on each major step; Sketching, Lining, Flatcoloring.
During these you should let me know each step if you’d like something changed. Once I have gotten the go ahead on starting to color, you may not ask to make any more changes to the lineart.
You may give me a pose you wish for your commission or you may give me free range, it is up to you.
I will be posting your commission on my sites such as DeviantArt, FurAffinity, Twitter, Facebook and/or ToyHouse.
IF you are not okay with this please do let me know.
Credit must always be given.
PAYMENT
Payment is only through PayPal, USD only.
Payment will be made upfront.
Upon taking a commission, I will request your PayPal email to send an Invoice.
In the comment section of the invoice will state that sending payment is an acknowledgment and agreement to these.
I give full refunds if the piece has NOT been started yet.
Half refunds if it is NOT fully lined.
After beginning to color I do not issue refunds.
If given a refund I have the right to sell the piece to someone else or turn it into a base or YCH.
LEGAL AGE AGREEMENT
If you commission me for nsfw, you must be at least 18 years or older.
Upon payment you are agreeing to all terms provided, including agreement to being over the age of 18.
Should it come to light that you are in fact not 18 or older all legal consequences will be on you as you have agreed with this that you are of age.
ADOPTABLES
Any purchased adoptable from me can be used for personal purposes.
But the original art may not be used for profit or edited.
You may resell, trade, or gift your adopt but you may not sell your adopt for more than you bought unless there is additional art you purchased.
You may add Tattoo's and piercings, add a second color to the hair. So long as the Original Design remains the same.
I do do Holds, however the maximum amount of time for a hold is 2 weeks, if by then you have not come up with the funds and reached out to me, I will take the adopt of hold.
In the event that you do resell your adopt, please do make sure they give the proper credit, if possible also inform me so that I may update to the new owner.
TIME TO COMPLETE
My general turn around time is three to four weeks, and possibly longer if the commission is complex.
I promise to work diligently, so please give me patience.

Posting the commission you bought is fine, but please give credit and link back to one of my sites.
