My drawing tablet died

Hello there for all of you!
I have been quite inactive some time now. I have been busy with studying and I have been fighting with my energy levels. I had difficult times since my dog where sick around 5 months (liver problems) but now doggo is feeling much better and her liver values are now normal. I'm hoping to get more energy to do owed freebies and some point take new commissions.
Art related stuff:
So, my oldie (around 14 years old) Wacom tablet (Intuois 3) is officially dead, my operation system isn't supporting it anymore and I'm having problem not to have funds for replacement atm. I tried my friends smaller drawing tablet but since I have been used to Medium size during all these years - my hand do not cope with smaller one so well. I get lot of pains with it and can draw like max 15 minutes. Luckily I have small iPad what to use but in my work flow I use PC + regular drawing tablet. And my iPad cannot handle large file sizes - what is problem atm too.

I have 25% from the needed goal since got some bday money from my mother last week. It was huge start but still lot of money to save.
