Why I have not been posting art
General
I know I've been inactive for a long period of time and lack of art contribution due to lack of self-confidence in my drawing ability to be anatomically accurate, I may consider posting some WIPs of unfinished sketches if y'all want a sneak-peek or not.
I am satisfied with my very smooth line art, I am also good with colors, and I have good a perspective when it comes to sceneries.
I have hard time drawing the anatomy of the human body and with that shading also contributes to that hardship. I think my lack of confidence and my depression contributed to this lack of care. I sometimes start a drawing, for the first day I am somewhat satisfied, but here's the problem, I always start something but never finish them in the end, and I think it's because I look at the drawing and see so many anatomical mistakes that I drop the sketch in the end.
Any suggestions to help or even tutorials?

Though it seems to focus on comic book style anatomy.
If you're looking for female anatomy I found this channel a while ago: https://www.youtube.com/c/mikeymegamega/videos
It's focused more on anime/manga style though.
Sorry if these don't help.
